We buy these properties for what they already are, then spend the time to bring them up to the standard a modern practice needs: rewired, re-plumbed, re-engineered behind walls that keep their original masonry, timber, and proportion intact.

We don’t flip what we restore. McGrath holds and operates every property long-term, which means the finish, the mechanical systems, and the relationship with each tenant are built to last decades, not just the length of a single lease.
